Dr. Mai Azzam attended
Jordanian University of Science and Technology.
After graduation in 1995, Dr. Azzam was in private
practice for two years. Her immediate plans are
completing her degree and research in visible light
cured denture base material. She is married to Dr.
Abdalluh Alzubi and has three daughters.
Dr. Mohammad Mansour
graduated from Cairo University School of Dentistry
and received the Egyptian Perio-Restora-tive
Society Award. After graduation in 1996, Mohamed
was active in private practice. His research
interests are in Retrograde Filling, Materials,
Endodontics and physiology. Future plans include
becoming proficient in all aspects of
Prosthodontics, finishing the program, taking the
Board, establishing a high level of interaction in
study clubs and private practice, and getting a
fellowship in Implants. Dr. Mansour is single and
enjoys tennis, swimming, and soccer.
Dr. Elaine Reina is from
Guatemala and attended Universidad de San Carlos de
Guatemala. After graduating in 2001, she was active
in private practice and received several Community
Service Awards. Elaine’s research interest is on
Effect of oregano infusion over streptococcus
mutans and lactobacillus acidophilus. Future plans
include finishing the program, continuing with
dental/medical missions in Guatemala, maybe
Advanced Standing Program in the U.S./Indiana (if
possible). Dr. Reina is single and enjoys traveling
and riding horses.
Dr. Hashem Ridha is from
Kuwait and attended Virginia Commonwealth Medical
College. He plans to continue working for the
Public Health Sector and maybe establishing a
part—time private practice. Dr. Ridha is married,
has three children, and enjoys traveling and
soccer.
Dr. Kellie Schaub attended
University of Toledo and Indiana University School
of Dentistry. In 2006 she received the American
College of Prosthodontic Award, John f. Johnston
Award, Russell Winfield Lehman D.D.S. Scholarship,
James E. Humphrey D.D.S. Memorial Scholarship, and
was on the Dean’s List. Her future plans include
private practice in Indianapolis area and teaching
part-time at the Dental School. Dr. Schaub is
married, has two children and enjoys outdoor
activities, family, and sports, especially soccer.
Dr. Kevin Scotti is from
Caracas, Venezuela. He graduated from the
Universidad Santa Maria Caracas. In 2003 he
received the Argentinean Dental Association
Investigation Free Communication Award. Kevin is
single and enjoys tennis, reading, and movies. His
research interest is Biosafety and Oral
Microbiology. Future plans are uncertain. He would
like to stay in the United States or join his
siblings and practice in Spain.
